I believe that birth is a sacred rite of passage. It’s not just a baby being born; it’s you being born as parents. This course will help you get into the right headspace to take on this transformative, intense experience.  I’m here to share what I love about birth- and to get you excited and prepared for what’s ahead.

Birth isn’t a solo gig- it’s a team effort. Not only are you and your baby working together for a healthy birth, but you and your partner need to ride these waves together, too. This course will show you how to support each other, not just through labor but also through the wild, wonderful roller coaster of new parenthood: identity shifts, sleepless nights, breastfeeding challenges, and all the snuggles.
