**Payment and Cancellation Policy**

 

**Payment Policy:**

 

Upon acceptance into our program, participants must make a non-refundable deposit to secure their spot. The remaining tuition balance must be paid in full by the specified due date unless a previously agreed upon payment plan has been established. 

 

**Cancellation Policy:**

 

If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. The initial deposit is non-refundable, and additional cancellation fees are tiered depending on proximity to the departure date. If we are able to fill your spot on the trip within the 90 days, we will refund everything except the non-refundable deposit.
