This course is the culmination of years of dedicated doula work, filled with wisdom that honors the sacred experience of birth. Preparing for Parenthood equips parents with practical guidance, soulful insights, and empowerment for the transformative journey of birth and postpartum. Whether you’re preparing for your first child or seeking deeper support, this course is here to help you step into parenthood with love and knowledge.

Who This Course Is For
I made this course imagining that you, the camera, were my client. I spoke to you unscripted, with all my genuine enthusiasm and natural approach to this work.
My hope is that it feels like I’m right there in your living room, getting you excited about your birth.
Because birth can be the most beautiful, bonding, joyous, wild journey, and it is my greatest honor in this life to witness it.
I want you, watching and reading, to feel held. I want you to hire a doula (not me, I’m really busy! Unless you live in Paris!), but more than that, I want you to know you deserve to be deeply cared for on this transformative path.

All of you.

And when I say all of you, I mean all of you: mom, dad or co-parent, baby, and all the other identities that show up in this space. I strive to use inclusive language. I teach partners how to advocate, how to speak up, and how to protect the space- because medical racism is real, and you deserve to know how to advocate for yourselves.

I love birth. Everything we do boils down to birth. I believe birth is a mirror of society. And while I can’t promise this course will make your birth magically perfect, I do hope you walk away feeling calmer, more prepared, with tools, perspective, and maybe even a little sense of humor.
