Birth-Work Philosophy
As a doula, my work is rooted in presence, trust, and deep listening.
I believe every woman carries an innate wisdom to birth, and that being truly seen and supported allows this wisdom to unfold.
I create a safe, grounded space where vulnerability is welcome, emotions are honored, and strength can rise naturally — during pregnancy, birth, and beyond
