About
I'm a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International, Certified Hypnobabies Doula and a Certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist. I'm trained in the use of TENS unit for Childbirth and enrolled with the Minnesota Department of Health contracted with Everyday Miracles Core Doula Program. In January 2026 I trained with WotW in Tanzania, Africa.
Birth-Work Philosophy
I trust and believe that the birth process and a woman's innate awareness about her body are God's design and therefore approach labor and birth with patience and flexibility.
