I was born with a C-section. The processing of it and the preparation for my future motherhood launched me into the being born-giving birth world in 2013. Since then, I have been working with women, pregnant women, and mothers.
After the birth of my daughter in 2018, I've created a set of affirmation cards that many pregnant women, mothers, and birth professionals use and know. Posters of the affirmation cards can be found on the walls of 20+ hungarian obstetrics and maternity wards.
I love creating tools that have heart and soul and can offer real support, strength and faith to women.
Besides promoting a holistic approach to being born and giving birth and supporting the mental health of women and families, an essential aspect of my work is to promote the use of positive affirmations and to reintroduce rituals related to women's life journeys into our everyday lives.
With the Modern Goddess brand, I would like to bring a cross-cultural and cross-generational community of women to the world.
