About
I am a postpartum doula based in Tacoma, WA. I am stepping back into limited birth support as my ability to be on-call begins to open up following my own journey into motherhood. I am a certified lactation consultant and am continuously learning so I can better serve my clients. Birth and postpartum are a ceremonial and profoundly delicate time, where thoughtful support matters most. Being your doula would be an honor I do not take lightly.
Birth-Work Philosophy
I firmly believe that supporting people as they transition into parenthood is what creates healthier communities for all. When we show up for and hold those who are in their most tender moments, we strengthen the roots of more connected villages, where compassion, support, and care ripple forward. I trust that each person stepping into parenthood deserves to be met with empathy, open ears, nourishing food, and a circle of care that honors their unique path.
My experience traveling with Wombs of the World has helped me integrate ceremony into my practice, while maintaining an evidence-based approach to caring for birthing and newly postpartum people with clarity and respect.
