Wombs of the World Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Wombs of the World Community Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Wombs of the World LLC (“Wombs of the World,” “WotW,” “we,” or “us”).

 

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

 

1. How the Program Works

Affiliates receive a unique coupon code to share with clients, friends, family, community members, and others.

 

Unless WotW states otherwise, each qualifying Preparing for Parenthood purchase made using your coupon code earns you one Wombs Point.

 

Purchases that are refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed do not earn Points. If a Point has already been awarded for one of these purchases, we may remove it. WotW may also correct Point balances when needed to fix errors or misuse.

 

We cannot guarantee retroactive Points for purchases made without your coupon code.

 

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or other similar relationship with Wombs of the World. Affiliates do not have authority to make commitments, enter into agreements, or make representations on behalf of Wombs of the World.

 

2. Wombs Points

Wombs Points are Program benefits with no expiration date so long as the Program is still active. They have no cash value and are not wages, property, a financial account, stored money, or a cash balance.

 

Points cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person except through an approved WotW program.

 

3. Redeeming Your Points

Current rewards and the Points required for each are published on the WotW website and may change as the Program evolves.

 

Points must be redeemed for a full listed reward. They cannot be partially redeemed, converted into a proportional discount, or applied for use as a refund for a previous purchase.

 

If you have more Points than a reward requires, your remaining Points stay in your account.

 

All Wombs Point redemptions are final. Once Points are redeemed and the reward is issued, the Points will not be returned except at Wombs of the World's discretion.

 

Redeeming a reward does not replace any eligibility requirements, agreements, payment or cancellation policies, waivers, or other terms that apply to the course, trip, event, or program you choose.

 

4. Travel Support Awards

When you redeem Wombs Points for a Travel Support Award, your Points are permanently exchanged for the fixed-dollar WotW trip credit listed for that reward.

 

The resulting credit is separate from your Wombs Points. It has no cash redemption value and can be used only toward eligible WotW trips or immersive programs.

 

Receiving a Travel Support Award does not enroll you in a trip, guarantee acceptance, or reserve a spot.

 

When you later use the credit, the terms provided for that trip will explain how it is applied and any period you have to change your decision. After that period, the applied credit is subject to the payment, cancellation, refund, transfer, and other policies for that trip.

 

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Travel Support Awards do not cover expenses outside WotW program charges, such as airfare, transportation, insurance, passports, visas, or personal expenses.

 

5. Pay It Forward

You may contribute any number of your Wombs Points to the Pay It Forward Program.

 

Contributed Points are permanently removed from your balance and added to a shared pool for WotW to use towards providing eligible WotW opportunities or rewards to scholarship recipients. WotW decides how the program is administered, including the recipients and opportunities supported.

 

Pay It Forward contributions are final, cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, and are not represented by WotW as tax-deductible charitable donations.

 

If an Affiliate dies with unused Wombs Points, those Points will be transferred to the Pay It Forward Program.

 

6. Sharing WotW

Please represent WotW and our offerings accurately. You may use materials we provide or approve, but you may not make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about WotW, including claims about medical outcomes, credentials, certification, employment, income, or guaranteed results.

 

You may not represent yourself as a WotW employee, agent, or official representative.

 

Because you earn Wombs Points from qualifying purchases, you are responsible for following applicable advertising and endorsement disclosure rules when sharing your coupon code or recommending an eligible product.

 

A simple disclosure may be:

 

“I earn Wombs Points when someone purchases using my code.”

 

7. Changes or Ending Participation

WotW may change eligible products, discounts, rewards, Point requirements, redemption options, or these Terms as the Program evolves.

 

Changes generally apply going forward. If a significant change directly affects your ability to use Points you've already earned, we'll provide reasonable notice and information about your options whenever reasonably possible.

 

You can stop actively participating or unsubscribe from Program emails without losing otherwise valid Points you've already earned.

 

WotW may suspend or end participation for fraud, abuse, misuse, misleading promotion, violation of these Terms, or other conduct that materially harms WotW, our customers, or the Program.

 

If WotW ends your participation, WotW will decide whether your remaining Points can still be redeemed, are transferred to the Pay It Forward Program, or are forfeited.

 

If WotW ends the Affiliate Program entirely, we'll provide reasonable notice and information about what will happen to outstanding Points whenever reasonably possible.

 

8. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive. WotW may request tax information or provide tax documents when required by law.

 

WotW does not provide tax advice or guarantee any particular tax treatment of Points or rewards.
