My philosophy when it comes to birth, like most things in life, is a focus on intentionality. I believe every birthing person should have the right to go into birth with a clear vision of what they want. What are the enthusiastic yes’s and hard no’s, how can you show up the most authentic version of yourself during this time, is there something in your past that needs attention before the transition into parenthood? Does this mean that things will go 100% your way? We can hope, but the beauty of birth can be in its unpredictability and good news for you, we can be intentional about that too!
